1. Eligibility

   1. This offer is exclusively for customers who have received the offer communication via a push notification or whatsapp, or customers who can see the offer on Kiwi's mobile app
   2. The offer is limited to once per customer
   3. The offer applies to customers who does their first transaction on credit card issued on Kiwi App during the offer period
   4. Kiwi reserves the right to determine cardholders' eligibility for the offer and to disqualify any cardholder who fails to meet the offer requirements or is suspected of misusing rewards, engaging in fraud, participating in suspicious transactions/activities, or violating fair usage of credit cards, legal requirements, or applicable rules and regulations.
   5. The offer shall be valid only on successful transactions via the Kiwi platform and transactions where refund has been initiated will not be considered for the offer. In case Kiwi learns that a cardholder is involved in malpractices relating to refund, Kiwi shall disqualify such cardholders from all further offers/ programs and benefits provided by Kiwi.
   6. Winners of the offer will win Reliance digital Rs500 Voucher applicable on transaction of Rs 10000 which will be redeemable at reliance digital stores. The voucher will be valid till 30-Nov-2025.
   7. Rewards under the offer will be sent to Eligible Users by October 31st, 2025 in an Email.
2. For category and merchant classification, Kiwi will rely on the merchant category code/other information received by Kiwi during the transaction.
3. Customer eligibility for the offer is at the sole discretion of Kiwi, and Kiwi reserves the right to disqualify any Customer, who does not meet the offer requirements or for reasons including, but not limited to, misuse or fraud or suspicious transaction/activity, any legal requirement or applicable rules and regulations.
4. In case of a dispute, the final decision lies with the Kiwi.
5. Customers selected are at the sole discretion of Kiwi.
6. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as a binding obligation on Kiwi to continue the offer.
7. Participation in any offer is completely voluntary. Users may choose to not participate in any offer. Kiwi does not guarantee any prize to any winner.
8. Kiwi is not responsible for any tax implications on the User from their participation in any offer. Users should obtain independent tax advice before entering any offer.
9. We also reserve the right to discontinue the Kiwi Rewards without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Nothing contained herein shall amount to a commitment or representation by us to continue the "Kiwis" Rewards.
