Independence Day Offer – August'25

Spend ₹10,000 or more on the Kiwi App with your YES Bank Klick Credit Card or AU Bank Kosmo Credit Card, between 00:00:00 am on 7th August 2025 and 11:59:59 pm on 17th August 2025, win Rs 500 Book My Show Voucher.

1. Eligibility

   1. The Independence Day Offer is exclusively for customers who can see the offer on Kiwi's mobile app and have opted in to participate in the offer.
   2. This offer is only valid if opted-in. Eligible spends counted from opt-in date.
   3. The offer is limited to once per customer. The offer applies exclusively to the YES Bank Klick Credit Card and AU Bank Kosmo Credit Card.
   4. The offer applies to customers with a total spend of ₹10,000 or more during the offer period.
   5. The reward will be given to the first 5,000 eligible customers who complete the offer criteria during the offer period.
   6. Kiwi reserves the right to determine cardholders' eligibility for the Independence Day Offer and to disqualify any cardholder who fails to meet the offer requirements or is suspected of misusing rewards, engaging in fraud, participating in suspicious transactions/activities, or violating fair usage of credit cards, legal requirements, or applicable rules and regulations.
   7. The Independence Day Offer shall be valid only on successful transactions via the Kiwi platform and transactions where refund has been initiated will not be considered for the offer. In case Kiwi learns that a cardholder is involved in malpractices relating to refund, Kiwi shall disqualify such cardholders from all further offers/ programs and benefits provided by Kiwi.
   8. Rewards under the Independence Day will be won in the form of Book My Show Vouchers of Rs 500 via Email or Whatsapp.
   9. Rewards under the Independence Day Offer will be credited to users by August 25th, 2025.
   10. BookMyShow vouchers must be redeemed on or before October 15th, 2025.

3. For category and merchant classification, Kiwi will rely on the merchant category code/other information received by Kiwi during the transaction.
4. In case of a dispute in relation to the eligibility, availability and refunds and all the aspects discussed in the Terms & conditions above, the final decision lies with Kiwi.
5. Kiwi reserves the right to withdraw the offer and nothing contained herein shall be construed as a binding obligation on Kiwi to continue the offer. We also reserve the right to discontinue the Kiwi Rewards without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Nothing contained herein shall amount to a commitment or representation by us to continue the "Kiwis" Rewards.
6. Participation in any offer is completely voluntary and cardholders may choose to not participate in any offer
7. For purposes of clarity, Kiwi does not guarantee any reward to any cardholder.
8. Kiwi is not responsible for any tax implications on the User from their participation in any offer. Cardholders should obtain independent tax advice before entering any offer.
