Offer valid between 00:00:00 am on 21st August, 2025 and 11:59:59 pm on 31st August, 2025.

1. Eligibility

   1. Customers will be eligible for the offer once they complete their VKYC and get approved for the AU KOSMO Credit Card on Kiwi between 00:00:00 am on 21st August, 2025 and 11:59:59 pm on 31st August, 2025. Only users who complete the journey and are approved for the card will be eligible.
   2. This offer is applicable only to select users who were communicated via mobile app/ whatsapp/ push notification.
   3. Users have to complete their application within the time period mentioned in the offer communication to be eligible for this offer.

2. Kiwi Rewards

   1. The cashback will be credited to customers in the form of Kiwi rewards, or "Kiwis"
   2. These Kiwis can be redeemed to the savings account linked to the "goaxb" UPI ID
   3. Each "Kiwi" is currently worth INR 0.25/-
   4. The Kiwis will be credited within 7 working days of the successful transaction

3. Offer Terms

   1. Get INR 500 (2000 Kiwis) Cashback on successfully completing the first ever transaction using AU KOSMO Credit Card on Kiwi
   2. Offer is valid once per user during the offer period.
   3. Kiwi reserves the right to withdraw, modify or replace this offer without prior notice and the same is at the sole discretion of the company.
   4. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer/scheme.
   5. The offer is to be availed by customers only after successfully completing the transaction on Kiwi.

4. Terms & Conditions

   1. Customers' participation in any offer constitutes their understanding and agreement to the complete terms and conditions associated with each offer.
   2. Offer shall not be valid on Canceled/Refunded transactions.
   3. We reserve the right to change, modify or prematurely remove an offer at our own discretion.
   4. Further, we also reserve the right to disqualify any Customer, who does not meet the offer requirements or in case of reasons including but not limited to any misuse of the offer or fraud or suspicious transaction/activity or under any legal requirement or applicable rules and regulations, from receiving any reward or cancel any reward already earned or credited.
   5. In case of a dispute, the final decision to credit / modify the reward lies with the Company.
   6. The Customer shall not hold the Company responsible for any actions, claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, charges or expenses, which a Customer incurs, in the normal course of availing the "Kiwis" Rewards.
   7. We also reserve the right to discontinue the Kiwi Rewards without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. Nothing contained herein shall amount to a commitment or representation by us to continue the "Kiwis" Rewards.
   8. Further, we reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to change the mode of the accrual of one or any of the programme.
   9. This offer's Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation of any or all other terms and conditions. No two offers can be clubbed. In case there is more than one offer(s) available simultaneously, then only one offer can be availed by the Customer.
