Credit Score Insights – Terms & Conditions

Credit Score Insights (hereinafter referred to as the "Credit Score Feature") is offered by Kiwi to eligible customers to access their credit score and accompanying insights via the Kiwi app.

Eligible Customers are customers who have made a payment of up to Rs 99 (Inclusive of GST). The amount is subject to change at the sole discretion of GoKiwi Tech Pvt Ltd and the amount shown at the time of making the payment will be the final amount charged to the customer and the customer agrees to the same.

Upon payment of the above mentioned amount, Eligible customers will receive a one-time credit score check along with detailed insights. This includes analysis of credit utilization, repayment history, and other parameters within the Kiwi app.

Customers acknowledge and agree that:

  1. The credit score may be sourced from any of the RBI-approved credit bureaus (e.g., CRIF, Experian, Equifax, or CIBIL), at Kiwi's discretion;
  2. The ₹99 fee covers only one credit score retrieval. Additional checks will require separate purchases;
  3. Kiwi acts solely as a facilitator and does not generate or alter any credit data.

Delivery & Accuracy

Kiwi will attempt to fetch and display the credit report and insights after successful payment and user authentication. However:

  1. Delivery of the score is contingent on successful response from the credit bureau;
  2. Kiwi does not guarantee the availability of score data for all users;
  3. Kiwi is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of data fetched from third-party bureaus.

Non-Refundable Purchase

All purchases under this feature are final and non-refundable, including cases where:

  1. The bureau is unable to return a score;
  2. The user enters incorrect or incomplete personal details;
  3. The user is dissatisfied with the report or insights.

No cancellations or reversals are permitted once the transaction is processed.


Customer Responsibilities

The customer is solely responsible for:

  1. Providing accurate personal details including name, PAN, and mobile number;
  2. Ensuring the PAN is linked to a valid credit profile;
  3. Providing consent for Kiwi to access and share this data with authorized bureaus.

Incorrect or mismatched data may lead to score unavailability, with no refund.


Data Consent & Privacy

By opting into this feature, the customer explicitly consents to:

  1. Kiwi retrieving credit data from approved credit bureaus;
  2. Sharing their personal information with bureaus and data partners to generate insights;
  3. Storing the score and insights for user reference.

Modifications & Suspension

Kiwi may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Credit Score Feature for any customer without prior notice, especially in cases of misuse, fraud, or regulatory changes.


Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Kiwi harmless from:

  1. Any disputes with credit bureaus regarding score content or accuracy;
  2. Claims arising from unauthorized access or data errors due to incorrect user inputs.

Dispute Resolution

For issues related to billing or access, users may contact Kiwi support. Any disputes regarding credit data must be directly raised with the respective credit bureau.
